Dear linguists and linguistically-minded colleagues,
If you are interested in applied linguistics, or issues concerned with language testing, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics and many more areas of this fascinating branch of linguistics, this journal is for you. Taikomoji kalbotyra (Applied Linguistics) is an electronic journal publishing data-driven and theoretical articles in applied linguistics. It also invites readers and writers of reviews of books and articles, academic essays and précis within the same area.
The journal is not limited to a single language. People reading and writing in Lithuanian, English, French, German and Russian are kindly invited to join in.
Papers submitted for publication are peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers.
The journal was established by the Lithuanian Association of Applied Linguistics, or Lietuvos taikomosios kalbotyros asociacija (LITAKA) in Lithuanian.
